During his Roles as Head of Information Technology in Sonali Intellect Limited (erstwhile ‘Sonali Polaris FT Limited’), K Alam Sheikh was instrumental in designing and architecting the Intellect CBS production/UAT server and related IT core systems & network setup for largest public bank named as Sonali Bank Limited as well as other large public bank named as Rupali Bank Limited. He had played a wonderful role in coordinating with other service providers and ensured & advocated that the platform had implemented based on state-of-art technology along with availability, scalability, adaptability and security for smooth and efficient operations of Intellect CBS. He had earned the trust and confidence of customers and provided a high degree of comfort with his subject matter expertise and experience. Due to his stupendous efforts, customers' production has not had any downtime or degradation in performance. He was also instrumental in designing and architecting the DevOps platform as well as other IT Core Systems to bring & establish state-of-art Development Center in Bangladesh align with parent company named as Intellect Design Arena Limited. Develop, establish and maintain operating policies, ITIL practices, internal controls & best practice approaches for computing and IT systems/services; evaluate overall operations of computing and IT functions & recommend enhancements. He is a certified technologist and specialist of Oracle Banking Solution - Flexcube, Oracle DataBase, TUV-SUD ITIL, VMWare VTSP, VMWare VSP, Cisco CCNA and many more.

He has obtained engineering Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Russia in 2007, as well as he has dean listed in his academic career. He has awarded with Bangladesh-Russian Government scholarship-2000-2001 at undergraduate and postgraduate level (Under agreement of UNESCO with Russia). In profession, he also holding best performance awards and team excellence awards several time.

He is Member of International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT), Member of International Association of Engineers(IAENG), Member of Alumni of Cisco Networking Academy Program (CNAP) and Member of Soviet Alumni Association, Bangladesh (SAAB).

Mr. K Alam Sheikh comes from a noble & famous SHEIKH family in Gopalganj. He was born on 17th March 1982.
